Is VPN4Pros safe to use?

It depends on what "safe" means to you. The site itself doesn't ask for payment information and doesn't sell your data. But the config files themselves connect you through servers run by other users, not by me, so you should treat them the way you'd treat free public wifi. Don't log into banking apps or anything sensitive while connected. See the Disclaimer page for the full picture.

Why did my config stop working?

Mobile networks change their routing and billing rules constantly, and a config has no fixed lifespan. A file that worked last month can stop working with no warning. This is normal, not a sign anything is broken on your end. Check the config's upload date and download count before using it. Recent, popular configs are more likely to still work than old ones.

What does the verified badge mean?

It means other users on the same network recently confirmed that config connects. It's a community signal, not a security audit. I don't personally test every upload.

My country or network isn't listed. What do I do?

Use the request form. Tell me what you need and I'll try to get a config built and uploaded, usually within a day or two. You can also see what other people are currently waiting on.

Do I need an account to download configs?

No. You can browse and download without one. An account lets you upload your own configs, leave reviews and comments, and get notified when a requested config is ready.

Is this really free?

Yes. I don't charge for configs, accounts, or requests. The site may show ads through Google AdSense to help cover hosting costs, but nothing here requires payment.

Where do I get apps like Ha Tunnel Plus or HTTP Custom?

VPN4Pros has its own app pages with direct download buttons for the tunnel apps referenced on this site. I don't build these apps myself, and once installed, I don't control their behavior, including their ads or permissions. If an app is showing aggressive ads or asking for permissions it doesn't need, that's a question for the app's own developer, not VPN4Pros.

How do I get my WhatsApp or Telegram group listed on the community page?

Submit it through your account. Every group goes through admin approval before it appears, mainly to confirm it's active and actually related to VPN4Pros. Approval doesn't mean I moderate what gets posted inside the group afterward.

Can I leave a review or comment on a config?

Yes, if you have an account. Reviews and comments help other users judge whether a config is worth trying, the same way download counts and verification status do.

I found a config that looks suspicious or doesn't work. What do I do?

Use the report button on that config's page. Reports go into a queue I check regularly.
