It depends on what "safe" means to you. The site itself doesn't ask for payment information and doesn't sell your data. But the config files themselves connect you through servers run by other users, not by me, so you should treat them the way you'd treat free public wifi. Mobile networks change their routing and billing rules constantly, and a config has no fixed lifespan. A file that worked last month can stop working with no warning. This is normal, not a sign anything is broken on your end. Check the config's upload date and download count before using it. Recent, popular configs are more likely to still work than old ones.

It means other users on the same network recently confirmed that config connects. It's a community signal, not a security audit. I don't personally test every upload.
